How do the pool tickets work? On arrival you receive guest wristbands. The apartment price includes up to 6 COMBO+ tickets. The key difference is flexibility: COMBO+ allows 2 entries per person per day to any open riviera, even 2× to the same one. That means: pools in the morning, a rest or lunch in the apartment, then swimming again in the afternoon.
🌊 Where can you go with the included COMBO+ ticket?
Terme Čatež has two separate swimming rivieras. The included COMBO+ tickets let La Hiška Čatež guests enter any open riviera 2 times per person per day — even 2× to the same one, an important difference from a regular COMBO ticket.

Booking, payment and cancellation terms
Because the price includes pool tickets that we purchase in advance for your booking and that Terme Čatež does not refund to us, La Hiška Čatež applies somewhat stricter cancellation terms than ordinary accommodation. They’re set out clearly below so there are no surprises at booking.

15% depositWe confirm your booking on receipt of a 15% deposit. The balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival.

Transfer the deposit to another dateYou can transfer the deposit you’ve paid in full to another available date. Changing the date within this window is free.
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival
No refund possibleSince the full payment has been made by then and the pool tickets are already purchased, we cannot refund the amount paid. The exceptions are:
Force majeure with appropriate proofE.g. sudden illness, death in the family, natural disaster.
Replacement guestIf we find another guest for your dates, we refund the amount paid (possibly reduced by any non-refundable costs).
No-show
Treated as a last-minute cancellationA no-show is treated as a last-minute cancellation; the amount paid is not refunded.
Contact us about any special case — we always try to find a solution (date transfer, arranging a replacement guest, etc.).
🌊 Example visit for 1 night: 2 days of swimming
This is the best example of why included pool tickets are such a strong advantage. With just one night you can realistically enjoy two days of pools.

Yes. The price includes fresh bed linen and one towel per person. For the pools we recommend guests bring their own swimming towels.
Yes. A baby cot is available free on request. It’s best to mention it with your enquiry or booking so it can be prepared in time.
For one-night stays, check-in at 14:00 and check-out by 12:00 are often used. This applies only to one-night arrangements and is confirmed at booking. You can usually use the pool tickets before checking in and after checking out.
A tourist tax and a registration fee are paid separately at reception. The sauna, wellness treatments, casino, bowling, minigolf, tennis and similar extra activities are not part of the basic rental price.
We confirm your booking on receipt of a 15% deposit; the balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival. Payment by credit card or bank transfer. As the pool tickets are included and purchased in advance, stricter cancellation terms apply: for cancellations 14 or more days before arrival we transfer the deposit to another available date; for cancellations less than 14 days before arrival a refund is not possible, except in cases of force majeure with appropriate proof or if we find a replacement guest for your dates.
