The Winter Thermal Riviera operates every day from 9:00 to 21:00. The Summer Thermal Riviera generally runs from mid-April to mid-September, with the schedule varying by month. According to the official announcement, the 2026 season begins on 25 April with the twin pools and three slides.

Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 15% deposit; the remainder is due no later than 14 days before arrival. Payment is possible by credit card or bank transfer. Since swimming passes are included in the price and pre-purchased by us, stricter cancellation terms apply: for cancellations 14 or more days before arrival, the deposit is transferred to another available date; for cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, no refund is possible, except in cases of force majeure with appropriate documentation or if we find a replacement guest for your dates.
